We are retiring and would like to provide this opportunity for someone to take over Pastel Record & Music Co. which has been a full-line, family run music business for over 50 years. In 1999 Pastel's had a major façade renovation so that the building would blend in with the City's on-going Renaissance Project and the area's historical designation.

Preference sale is building, stock and fixtures. Other options are possible. I would be available as consultant for transition of business and help setting up the new business with orders and suppliers.
