* Music is NOT returnable or exchangeable.

* Returned Merchandise:
           	
	1. Must have original "sales slip"
	2. NO cash refunds.
	3. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee with balance in credit.

* NB...Pastel's reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise.

* Lay-A-Way:

	1. Downpayment of 20% 
	2. No S/C if payment is regular (minimum-once a month)
	3. NO cash refunds
	4. If no payments made within a 60-day period, Lay-A-Way will be terminated and item

	5. Re-stocking Fee is 20% with balance issued in credit, if any.

* Repairs are on a CASH basis.  Any item repaired and not claimed within 30 days will be sold 
  for the cost of the repairs.  No further notice will be given other than the original notice 
  of completion. 

* Bad Check Fee is $20.00.

* Shipping Charges on Special Orders:

	Music: 
		1.  Sheet Music:  .25/SM
		2.  Books:  .50/Book
		3.  Individual Special Orders:  Total cost of shipping

	Music Accessories & Instruments:  
		1.  Minimum of .50/item
 		2.  Individual Special Order:  Total Shipping Charge

* NB…Customer forfeits deposit on any Special Order if not picked-up within 30-days of 
  notification that order has been filled.

* Electrical Equipment, such as amplifiers, PAs, speakers, Microphones, effect pedals, 
  pick-ups, cords, etc., are not returnable or exchangeable. 

* Close-Out Items:  All sales FINAL.  No return or exchange.
